Lindsay Lutterbie
Lindsay Lutterbie has been practicing family law in the Greater Houston area since she was licensed in 2012. She has been Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 2018, the first year in which she was eligible, and has maintained her certification since that date.
Lindsay has extensive experience through every stage of family law litigation and has handled hundreds of cases in this field, including divorce, modification, child support, enforcement, adoption, CPS, premarital agreements, same-sex actions, grandparent’s rights, and paternity actions. She understands the emotional and financial strains of litigation and strives to find creative solutions for her clients. In the courtroom, Lindsay provides strong and zealous representation of her clients, focusing on the unique objectives and needs of each client.
Prior to and during law school, Lindsay worked as a paralegal for Harris County Attorney’s Office, in both the Children’s Protective Division and the Environmental Division.
